1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Graft AI ("Graft," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through this pre-launch website, waitlist, and related communications. A separate customer agreement and product privacy documentation may apply when the Graft service becomes generally available.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we may collect your work email address, the part of the site where you submitted it, the time of submission, and the content of communications you send us.

Technical information

Our hosting infrastructure may process standard network and device information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error information. The current pre-launch site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising.

Data minimization

We designed the current waitlist to collect only what is needed to provide product updates and evaluate early-access interest.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • manage the waitlist and communicate about early access;
  • respond to questions, partnership inquiries, and feedback;
  • operate, secure, debug, and improve the website;
  • understand aggregate interest in product areas; and
  • comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Graft, our users, and others.

Where applicable, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating a secure pre-launch website, steps requested before entering into a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host the site, deliver email, maintain security, or support business operations, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We generally retain waitlist information until the early-access process concludes and for no longer than 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from product emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator.

To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive credentials or confidential production data through the waitlist or general contact channels.

8. International use

Graft may operate and use service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. Contact us for more information about safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.

9. Children

The pre-launch site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the waitlist. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product, website, or law changes. We will post the revised notice here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.

11. Contact

Questions, privacy requests, and general inquiries can be sent to [email protected].
